If a video feed or multi-track audio recording is planned, please coordinate with the Collective’s representative in advance to confirm permissions, setup time, and any additional fees or requirements.

To ensure compliance with U.S. copyright law and to support fair compensation for living composers, the Presenter is required to file the complete concert program with ASCAP within two (2) weeks of the performance.
This submission enables ASCAP (the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers) to distribute royalties to its affiliated composers for public performances of their works. As ASCAP is a not-for-profit organization, approximately 90% of the license fees collected are paid directly to the writers and publishers whose music is performed.
Failure to submit the program may result in delayed or forfeited royalties to the composers represented in the Temporal Taal Collective’s performance. If assistance is needed, a copy of the setlist with composer names and publisher details can be provided upon request.
We appreciate your cooperation in honoring the creative contributions of composers through timely ASCAP filing.description
